This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and jl09 governing your use of the platform, your account, all games and services, payment transactions, and promotional offers. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any wager.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. jl09 is not responsible for account access issues arising from inaccurate registration details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl09 username and password. You agree to:
4.4 jl09 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
jl09 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, UMID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. jl09 processes personal data collected during KYC in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation.
You may request closure of your jl09 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard processing timelines. Accounts may not be closed while a pending withdrawal or active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
5.1 All deposits to your jl09 Account must be made through one of the payment channels supported on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported channels are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the Deposit page of your account dashboard.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although jl09 reserves the right to apply transaction caps in accordance with AML compliance obligations.
5.3 Deposit funds are credited to your jl09 wallet upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. GCash and Maya transactions typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfer timelines vary by institution. jl09 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. jl09 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits identified as having originated from third-party accounts may be reversed, and the associated jl09 Account suspended pending investigation.
5.5 jl09 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own charges; these are your responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your verified jl09 account details. Cross-account or third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
6.2 Before processing a withdrawal, jl09 may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.5. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.3 jl09 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal processing timelines are not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high volume or for compliance-related reviews.
6.4 jl09 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in accordance with our AML/CFT obligations. This may include requests for source of funds documentation.
6.5 Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money Funds credited as winnings from Bonus Funds become withdrawable once wagering conditions are fully satisfied, subject to withdrawal verification procedures.
7.1 jl09 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 General bonus conditions that apply to all jl09 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
7.3 Free spins or free bet credits awarded as part of a promotion are denominated in PHP and carry individual wagering multipliers as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
7.4 jl09 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom if it determines that the bonus was claimed through misrepresentation, technical abuse, or in breach of these Terms.
8.1 All casino games available on jl09 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are provided through licensed live dealer studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently verified by third-party testing laboratories.
8.2 Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed in-game rules and any other documentation, the in-game rules shall prevail.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session that prevents a round from completing normally, jl09 will use the game server logs to determine the correct outcome. Where the outcome cannot be definitively determined, the wager will be refunded to the Player's account.
8.4 jl09 reserves the right to void any wager placed on the basis of a pricing or odds error, software glitch, or obvious mechanical failure. Users who knowingly exploit such errors may have their accounts suspended.
8.5 Sports and live event betting markets are subject to individual sport-specific rules available on the sports betting section of the Platform. Settlements are based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body.
Any of the conduct described in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl09 Platform:
10.1 All content on the jl09 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, user interface design, trademarks, logos, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jl09 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Your Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without jl09's prior written consent.
10.3 The jl09 name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.
11.1 jl09 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Users in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance. 11.2 jl09 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
11.3 jl09 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) under appropriate data processing agreements, and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

13.4 jl09's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jl09 Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.1 jl09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendments are required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at jl09.org/terms-conditions, along with the effective date. Archived versions of prior Terms may be requested from our support team.
14.3 If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your Account before the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
15.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services — including disputes regarding the interpretation, validity, performance, or termination of these Terms — shall first be submitted to jl09's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.
15.3 jl09 aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If the matter cannot be resolved internally to your satisfaction, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming operations.
15.4 Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.
